General Provisions

bk9bet may request age verification documents at any time. If it is found that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

- Each individual may open only one account.

- You may not operate an account on behalf of any third party.

2.3 KYC Verification
Before account activation and withdrawal, bk9bet may request identity documents (National ID, passport or driving licence) and proof of address as part of the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Login and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your bk9bet account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method.
- Funds deposited into your account must come from your own payment method only.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Once a deposit is successful, it will be reflected in your account balance within a few minutes.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is applicable only once per player.
- After receiving the bonus, you may withdraw once the 20x wagering requirement has been met.
- Betting with bonus funds on prohibited games may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bk9bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- Bonus abuse (including bonus arbitrage) may result in account termination.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.3 VIP Program
The bk9bet VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your betting activity. Cashback is provided each week subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Every bet on bk9bet is settled according to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. The following general rules apply in all cases:
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk9bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the staked amount will be returned.
- In live betting, odds fluctuate during the match; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
6.2 Cricket Betting
The following rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and other international cricket matches:
- If a match is abandoned or ends in a draw, bets may be considered void.
- Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered valid.
- If the number of overs is reduced, related bets may be reassessed.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
For casino and slot games, the specific rules of each game apply. The rules of the software provider operating the game are considered final. If a game is not completed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk9bet platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds earned:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Operating more than one account under a single individual's name.
- Placing artificial or coordinated bets to gain bonus benefits.
- Attempting unauthorised access to or interference with the platform's software or systems.
- Operating an account using a false identity, fake documents or another person's information.
- Betting using automated bots, scripts or software.
- Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players.

12.2 Service Termination
bk9bet reserves the right to fully or partially discontinue the service at any time for any reason. In the event of service termination, all valid balances will be returned to the respective players. If an ongoing bonus wagering requirement has not been completed, that bonus may be forfeited.
